We are always
grateful for prayer and practical offers of help. Please consider
becoming a Friend of Holy Trinity Monastery (FHTM)
and/or making a donation to the Holy Trinity Monastery
Appeal.
The
Monastery Fund & The Holy Trinity Monastery Appeal
The Monastery Fund exists to finance the formation of novices,
provide more facilities for guests (at present male guests have to
make do with an inflatable mattress in the parish room as we have
nowhere else to put them up), the work we undertake for the blind
and visually impaired and all the other charitable activities the
community undertakes. On the next two pages you can read about the
Appeal we are launching with the help of the Friends and about the
Friends themselves.
Donations
Online
You can donate securely online by using
either
1. Charity Choice Online Donation Service,

which will also deal with Gift Aid for you. This is our preferred
option because Charity Choice makes no charge for receiving
donations.
2. Paypal — you do not need to have a Paypal account. All major
credit/debit cards accepted, and most currencies — just click the
"Donate" button.
Gift
Aid and LegaciesWe encourage UK tax payers to Gift Aid their contributions as that enables us to reclaim the tax paid. The Gift Aid calculator will show you how much your gift can be increased by Gift Aid, and you can download a Gift Aid declaration here. Please complete and send to the monastery. Standing Order forms are available from the monastery if you would like to make a regular donation.
Likewise, if you are not in a position
to contribute at the moment, you may like to consider leaving a
bequest or legacy in the future. Full details are available from
the monastery.
How
to help without spending anything extra
We have already
mentioned how you can shop online and benefit us, at no extra cost
